Wading Pool, Spray Park

Explanation
A wading pool is a children's "swimming pool" that is about knee-deep (about 2-3 feet). They are filled in summer months and kids love to splash around in them (parents like to get in too and use their kids as an excuse to do so). They were very popular in the 1940's through the 1960's.
These days there is a safety concern and many of them are being replaced by spray parks (similar idea but water spays up from the ground or from nozzles installed in the park).
